"I'm an unabashed fan of Spuffy
stories, but Chosen gave me the impression that Joss has a different
outcome in mind. Rather than be depressed by the possibility that Buffy
will end up with Angel, I wrote this story. Because Spike deserves to
be happy, even if it's not exactly the way we hoped for. This takes
place roughly September 2008, five years after Chosen. Spoilers for
Chosen." |
